These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zynema mobile app and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Oblix Apps LLC.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the Service under applicable law. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with parent or legal guardian involvement.

User responsibilities

You agree to use the Service responsibly, keep your account information accurate, and comply with all applicable laws and platform rules.

Prohibited behavior

• Using the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or user accounts.
• Interfering with platform stability, security, or functionality.
• Reverse engineering, automated scraping, or unauthorized data extraction.

Account creation may be optional for certain features. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or security issues related to your account.

Zynema video content and related materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

• You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, sell, or exploit Service content without prior written permission.
• You may not scrape, copy, mirror, or systematically extract content or metadata from the Service.
• All intellectual property rights in the Service remain with Oblix Apps LLC and/or its licensors.

Certain features require a paid subscription (such as weekly, monthly, or yearly plans) and may include in-app purchases.

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis.
• Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
• Pricing, plan structure, and feature availability may change over time.
• Billing management, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies.

The Service may offer credits, coins, or virtual goods for use within the app.

• Credits or virtual goods are licensed for in-app use only and have no real-world monetary value.
• Credits or virtual goods are non-transferable between users or accounts.
• Purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or platform policy.

Zynema may provide referral or invite rewards. Program rules, eligibility, and reward values may be updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Fraudulent or abusive referral behavior may result in reward removal, account restrictions, or termination.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or create legal, operational, or security risk.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination by their nature.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all content and features will be available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oblix Apps LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed under applicable law.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the Service unless otherwise stated. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and interpreted according to legal principles relevant to digital services and consumer rights, without limiting any mandatory protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.
